Alyrix Cloud SMP Partnership [ Scroll Below for Event Partnerships ]

Reference guide on SMP Partnerships.

Overview

The Alyrix Cloud Partnership Program rewards active, healthy Discord and SMP communities with permanent hosting discounts and exclusive infrastructure benefits — from bot hosting to full event servers.

Every server that applies is scored across five growth parameters, out of 100 points total. That score determines which tier a server qualifies for: Free, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum. This document walks through each tier, each benefit, and exactly how scoring works, with worked examples so you can get a realistic sense of where your server would land before applying.

Partnership Tiers at a Glance

Tier Discount Minimum Members Minimum Score Typical Processing Time
Free Free 300+ 60 / 100 ~1 week
Bronze 20% (permanent) 50+ 30 / 100 1–2 days
Silver Up to 35% (permanent) 150+ 50 / 100 2–3 days
Gold Up to 45% (permanent) 400+ 70 / 100 3–4 days
Platinum Up to 60% (up to 70% by exception) 500+ 80 / 100 3–4 days

Note on eligibility: member count and score are two separate gates, and a server generally needs to clear both to qualify for a given tier. A large but low-scoring server, or a small but high-scoring one, will typically be offered the next tier down instead.

Bronze Tier

The entry point into paid partnership, built for servers that don't need deep exclusivity but still want a reliable, permanent discount.

Best suited to servers that missed the Free tier's limited slots, or that are comfortable with a lighter benefit package in exchange for faster, easier onboarding.

Pros Cons
20% permanent discount Discount capped at 20% until re-evaluation (monthly, quarterly, or on request)
Easiest application conditions of any paid tier Not eligible to request a weekly event server
Fast turnaround — usually 1–2 days (longer during high ticket volume or major incidents) —
Eligible for all Partnership Benefits (bot hosting or web hosting) —
No slot limit — capacity is only constrained by node stock —

Silver Tier

A step up for servers with more consistent activity and higher community value. The discount roughly doubles compared to Bronze, and event servers unlock for the first time.

Best suited to servers that have outgrown Bronze-level activity and want meaningfully deeper discounts.

Pros Cons
Up to 35% permanent discount Discount capped at 35% until re-evaluation
Eligible for all Partnership Benefits Event servers limited to 5 days, capped at a 4 GB boost or 8 GB server
Processed in 2–3 days (longer during high ticket volume or major incidents) —
No slot limit — capacity is only constrained by node stock —

Gold Tier

Reserved for higher-priority, higher-value communities, bringing premium node access and longer event windows.

Best suited to established servers with strong, sustained engagement that want priority treatment.

Pros Cons
Up to 45% permanent discount Discount capped at 45% until re-evaluation
Bot hosting extends to premium nodes Event servers limited to 7 days, capped at a 6 GB boost or 12 GB server
Processed in 3–4 days (longer during high ticket volume or major incidents) —
No slot limit — capacity is only constrained by node stock —

Platinum Tier

The top of the program: the deepest discounts, the longest event windows, and full premium infrastructure access.

Best suited to flagship communities — large, highly active servers that represent the greatest value to the network.

Pros Cons
Up to 60% permanent discount, up to 70% by exception Discount capped at 60% (or the approved exception ceiling) until re-evaluation
Full premium node access for bot and web hosting Event servers limited to 14 days, capped at an 8 GB boost or 16 GB server
Processed in 3–4 days (longer during high ticket volume or major incidents) —
No slot limit — capacity is only constrained by node stock —

Free Tier [ Very Limited Slots ]

No cost, but the strictest bar to clear, and the smallest benefit package.

Best suited to high potential, cannot pay the fees at the moment, lack budget, or servers that simply don't need paid-tier infrastructure.

Pros Cons
Completely free Strictest scoring conditions of any tier
Negotiable for up to 3 months before re-scoring Capped at 8 GB standard (up to 14 GB by exception)
— Slots are limited by RAM availability and machine cost
— Processing takes at least one week
— No access to Partnership Benefits (bot hosting, web hosting, or event servers)

Partnership Benefits

Platinum 8 GB boost / 16 GB standalone server 14 days

Bronze and Free tiers are not eligible for event servers.

How Your Score Is Calculated

Every application is reviewed and scored by an HR- or Executive-level staff member across five parameters, totaling 100 points. Below is what each parameter measures, how staff calculate it, and worked examples showing what a low, mid, and high score actually look like in practice.

Reading the examples: the point values below are illustrative. They're meant to show how a rating is reasoned through, not to serve as a rigid lookup table. Two servers with similar raw numbers can still land in different bands depending on context — for instance, a private SMP is graded on a gentler curve than a large public server (see the Chat Activity section below).

Parameter Max Points What It Measures
Member Count ÷ Server Age 25 How efficiently the server has grown relative to its lifetime
Join/Leave Ratio 25 How well the server retains the members it attracts
Rate of Partnerships 15 How active the server already is in the partnership ecosystem
Announcement Frequency 5 How consistently the owner or team communicates with the community
General Chat Activity 30 How alive and engaged the community actually is, day to day

1. Member Count ÷ Server Age — 25 points

How it's calculated: staff divide the server's total member count by its age in months at the time of the request. A higher members-per-month ratio signals faster, healthier growth.

Ratio = Total Members ÷ Server Age (months)

Rating Example Case Ratio Reasoning Approx. Score
Low A 24-month-old server with 90 members 3.75 members/month Slow, stagnant growth over a long lifetime — the server has had ample time to grow but hasn't. 4–7 / 25
Mid A 6-month-old server with 240 members 40 members/month Solid, steady growth — healthy, though not exceptional. 13–17 / 25
High A 2-month-old server with 500 members 250 members/month Rapid growth in a short window — a strong signal of a thriving community. 22–25 / 25

2. Join/Leave Ratio — 25 points

How it's calculated: using the server's welcome channel or an invite-tracking bot, staff measure the rate of joins versus leaves per hour and form a ratio. A server needs a welcome channel or invite-tracking bot to be scored on this parameter at all — without one, it defaults to a low score, since it can't be verified.

Rating Example Case Join/Leave Behavior Reasoning Approx. Score
Low For every 10 members who join, 7 leave within days 70% churn Heavy churn suggests weak onboarding, an unclear server identity, or a poor first impression. 3–7 / 25
Mid For every 10 members who join, 3 leave shortly after 30% churn Reasonable retention — typical of an average, functioning community. 13–18 / 25
High For every 10 members who join, fewer than 1 leaves Under 10% churn Strong retention — new members clearly find value and stay engaged. 22–25 / 25

3. Rate of Partnerships — 15 points

How it's calculated: staff review the server's partnerships channel and track how frequently new partnerships are formed per day.

Rating Example Case Partnership Cadence Reasoning Approx. Score
Low One new partnership roughly every 2–3 weeks ~0.05/day Minimal outside engagement — the server isn't actively building its network. 2–4 / 15
Mid 2–3 new partnerships per week ~0.35/day Consistent, moderate outreach — an actively maintained partnerships program. 7–10 / 15
High At least one new partnership most days ~1/day A mature, well-run partnerships channel with steady network growth. 12–15 / 15

4. Announcement Frequency — 5 points

How it's calculated: staff review the announcements or news channel and evaluate how often, and how meaningfully, the owner or team communicates with the player base.

Rating Example Case Cadence Reasoning Approx. Score
Low One vague announcement per month, no follow-up Monthly, low substance Infrequent, low-effort communication suggests a disengaged or inactive team. 0–1 / 5
Mid A weekly update post with patch notes or event reminders Weekly Regular, useful communication that keeps the community informed. 2–3 / 5
High Several posts per week, including polls, event teasers, and direct replies to community feedback 3+ times/week, interactive Frequent, two-way communication — a clear sign of an actively managed community. 4–5 / 5

5. General Chat Activity — 30 points

How it's calculated: staff pull the last 100 to 1,000 messages from general chat, look at the timestamps to see how quickly that volume accumulated, and assess whether the conversation reflects genuine engagement rather than bot spam or dead air.

Context matters here: application-based servers and private SMPs are graded on a lower threshold for this parameter, since smaller, closed communities naturally produce less raw message volume than large public servers.

Rating Example Case Message Velocity Reasoning Approx. Score
Low The last 500 messages span roughly 2 months, mostly bot commands and single-word replies ~8 messages/day, low substance Chat is effectively dormant — little sign of a living community. 4–9 / 30
Mid The last 500 messages span about a week, with regular back-and-forth conversation ~70 messages/day, genuine conversation A healthy, active general chat with real community interaction. 14–20 / 30
High The last 1,000 messages span under 24 hours, full of ongoing discussion and reactions to recent events 1,000+ messages/day, high engagement A highly active community — the strongest possible signal of member investment. 26–30 / 30

Putting It Together — A Sample Scored Application

To show how the five parameters combine, here's a fully worked example for a hypothetical server, "Emberfall SMP":

Parameter Server Data Rating Score
Member Count ÷ Age 3 months old, 420 members (140/month) High 23 / 25
Join/Leave Ratio ~15% churn Mid 16 / 25
Rate of Partnerships ~4 per week Mid 9 / 15
Announcement Frequency Weekly updates Mid 3 / 5
General Chat Activity Last 1,000 messages span ~2 days, lively discussion High 25 / 30
Total 76 / 100

With 420 members and a score of 76/100, Emberfall SMP clears the Gold tier requirements (400+ members/ 70+ score) but falls short of Platinum (500+ members/ 80+ score). It would be offered the Gold Tier.

Alyrix Cloud Event Partnership

A complete reference guide to event partnerships

AlyrixCloud.org — Event Partnership

A separate track from the main Partnership Program, built specifically for servers running a one-off or recurring event — a tournament, launch, seasonal celebration, or similar — rather than ongoing day-to-day hosting. This track has its own two tiers, its own benefits, and its own review process.

Tiers at a Glance

Tier Cost RAM Discount What's Included
Free Free Up to 18 GB — A hosted event server, plus minimal setup help to get it running
Paid Paid Up to 48 GB Up to 70% off Full event software setup, performance optimization, and network firewall configuration, in addition to the server itself

Free Tier

Suited to smaller events, or organizers who mainly need the server capacity and can handle configuration themselves.

Staff will help with the minimum setup needed to get the event server running, but deeper technical work — software tuning, security hardening, and similar — is not included at this tier.

Includes:

  • Event server hosting, up to 18 GB RAM
  • Minimal setup assistance to get the server operational

Paid Tier

Suited to larger or higher-stakes events that need more than raw hosting. Alongside a larger RAM allocation and a discount of up to 70%, the Alyrix team provides hands-on support with:

  • Event software setup — installing and configuring the plugins, mods, or platforms the event depends on
  • Optimization — tuning the server so it holds up under concurrent player load during peak moments
  • Network firewall help — configuring protections appropriate to the event's expected traffic and risk profile

Includes:

  • Event server hosting, up to 48 GB RAM
  • Up to 70% off event hosting costs
  • Full event software setup
  • Performance optimization support
  • Network firewall configuration help

Promotion Requirements

In exchange for hosting, every Event Partnership requires the host to give Alyrix Cloud visible, ongoing promotion for the duration of the event. This isn't optional — it's part of what makes the partnership worthwhile on our end, and it's checked as part of the review.

At minimum, hosts are expected to provide:

  • A dedicated Discord channel — a visible channel (announcement or text) referencing Alyrix Cloud as the event's host, accessible to the community for the event's duration
  • In-game mentions — verbal or text call-outs to Alyrix Cloud during event moments, announcements, or streams
  • Scoreboard branding — the server scoreboard displaying the AlyrixCloud.org domain for the duration of the event
  • Tablist branding — the player tablist (header/footer) displaying Alyrix Cloud branding or the domain
  • Frequent Discord mentions — regular, natural references to Alyrix Cloud in server announcements and community-facing posts, not just a single one-off credit

The goal is consistent visibility across both the Discord and in-game experience — a single mention buried in a rules channel doesn't meet this bar. Staff will confirm these placements are in place before the event server is provisioned, and may spot-check during the event itself.

Paid Tier events, given the larger resource allocation and deeper support involved, are held to a stricter standard on consistency and prominence of this promotion — reviewers will expect all of the above to be clearly visible, not just present in passing.

How Requests Are Reviewed

Both tiers are evaluated case by case rather than against a fixed checklist. Two factors drive the review:

  • Event details — the type of event, its expected duration, and its technical requirements
  • Member count — the size of the community the event is being run for

Because a small private tournament and a large public server-wide event have very different resource and support needs, Free and Paid requests are monitored and approved through separate review paths — a Free tier request is checked mainly for reasonable resource use, while a Paid tier request gets closer scrutiny given the larger allocation and deeper support involved.

Alyrix Cloud Content Creator Partnership Program

Commission rates, server support & event support.

AlyrixCloud.org — Content Creator Partnership

Limited Creator Slots

A partnership track for content creators — YouTubers, TikTok/Shorts creators, and similar — built around view performance rather than server size. Creators apply for one of three tiers based on their average viewership, and each tier comes with its own commission rate on referral sales and its own free server support cap.

Tiers at a Glance

Tier Avg. Views (Shorts) Avg. Views (Long-Form) Commission Rate Free Server Support (Max)
Creator 500+ 100+ 20% 8 GB
Creator + 1,500+ 500+ 30% 12 GB
Creator ++ 15,000+ 1,000+ 50% 20 GB

Each tier grants the creator a personal creator code, which their audience can use when purchasing hosting. Commission is paid out on every sale made through that code.

Creator Tier

The entry point for creators building an audience.

Requirements:

  • Average of 500+ views per Shorts/short-form video, or
  • Average of 100+ views per long-form video

Benefits:

  • Personal creator code, active on approval
  • 20% commission on every sale made through the code, paid via PayPal
  • Free server support up to 8 GB RAM

Creator + Tier

For creators with a more established, consistently-performing channel.

Requirements:

  • Average of 1,500+ views per Shorts/short-form video, or
  • Average of 500+ views per long-form video

Benefits:

  • Personal creator code, active on approval
  • 30% commission on every sale made through the code, paid via PayPal
  • Free server support up to 12 GB RAM

Creator ++ Tier

The top tier, reserved for creators with substantial reach.

Requirements:

  • Average of 15,000+ views per Shorts/short-form video, or
  • Average of 1,000+ views per long-form video

Benefits:

  • Personal creator code, active on approval
  • 50% commission on every sale made through the code, paid via PayPal
  • Free server support up to 20 GB RAM

How Requirements Are Evaluated

A creator only needs to meet one of the two view thresholds for a tier — either the shorts/short-form average or the long-form average — not both. This accounts for creators who focus primarily on one format over the other.

"Average views" is assessed across a creator's recent output rather than a single standout video, so a viral one-off doesn't itself qualify a channel for a higher tier. Staff will typically review a sample of recent uploads to establish a realistic average before approving a tier.

Because slots are limited, meeting a tier's view threshold is necessary but not automatically sufficient for approval — content relevance, channel activity, and available slot capacity at the time of application also factor into the decision.

Commission & Payouts

  • Commission is calculated as a percentage of each sale made using the creator's code, at the rate set by their current tier (20% / 30% / 50%).
  • Payouts are issued via PayPal.
  • Free server support (8 GB / 12 GB / 20 GB depending on tier) is a separate benefit from commission — it applies to the creator's own server(s) and does not count against their referral earnings.

Moving Between Tiers

Creators grow — so do their numbers. A creator whose average views increase into the next tier's range can apply to move up, at which point their commission rate and free server support update to match the new tier. As with initial applications, tier changes are subject to available slots and staff review.
